2nd - 3rd Grades
|
- Sticks 38 inches to 42 inches in length. NO LONG STICKS.
- Penalties (personal or technical) 5 yards advantage given to team that was offended. Coaches explain the penalty to offending player. Nobody sits in penalty box.
- Unsportsman like conduct will sit out 1-3 minutes. Team can substitute a
player.
- No timeouts. No overtimes. A tie is a tie. (2) minutes between quarters. (10) minute halftime.
- Substitution every three minutes. Everybody off, everybody on. The only exception are the goalies. Switch goalies at half.
- If there is a fast break in process, delay substitution until break is over.
- Alternate possession rule apply's for change of players.
- (4) goal lead. No face-off. Ball awarded to team that is down.
- No coaches on the field.

4th - 5th Grades
|
- Sticks 38 inches to 42 inches in length for Midfielders and Attackmen.
- Sticks 38 inches to 50 inches for defensemen.
- A maximum of (4) long sticks on the field. 50 inches max. length.
- Poke checks must get the stick. A poke check to the body is a slash.
- Penalties are time serving. Penalty time stops when ball is out of bounds.
- (2) timeouts per half. No overtime.
- Substitution on the fly. Horn, if ball goes out on sidelines.
- (4) goal lead, no face-off. Ball awarded to team that is down.
- No coaches on the field.

|
- Body checks allowed, upright position, above the waist and below the neck. No take out checks. Play the ball.
- Substitution on the fly. Horn, if ball goes out on sidelines.
- (4) goal lead no face-off.
- (2) timeouts per half.
- (1) overtime of (4) minutes. (1) timeout for overtime. Sudden death.
- No coaches on the field.
