The Cougars' mission is to give kids in the Douglas County area a chance to play the exciting sport of lacrosse. We emphasize teaching the players proper fundamentals along with good sportsmanship and team play.

The Cougar program offers teams for boys 2^nd thru 8^th grade and girls 4^th through 8^th grade.   The season starts mid to late February and runs through the month of May, with an optional end of season tournament the first week in June.
